Privacy Policy
What we collect, and why.
Short version: we collect what you send us through the enquiry form, we use it to reply to you, and we do not track visitors or sell data to anyone.
Last updated 7 September 2026
What we collect
This site collects two kinds of information: what you type into the enquiry form on /start (your name, your email, and whatever you tell us about the project), and what any web server collects automatically, such as your browser, device type, and the pages you visited, kept in request logs.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers on the public pages of this site, and we set no cookies to identify or follow you across visits.
How we use it
An enquiry is used for exactly one thing: replying to it. We keep the note so the conversation has a record if the project goes ahead, and so we are not asking you to repeat yourself if you write again.
Request logs exist for security and to keep the site running, and we look at them only when something has gone wrong.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your details, and we do not hand your enquiry to anyone outside the studio.
The form is stored with Supabase and the site is hosted on Vercel, both of which process the data on our behalf under their own security terms. Neither is permitted to use it for anything other than keeping the service running.
How long we keep it
An enquiry that does not turn into a project is kept for a reasonable period in case you write back, then removed. One that does becomes part of the project record and is kept for as long as that record is useful, which is usually the length of the engagement plus a short period after.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will act on a deletion request unless we have a genuine reason to keep something, such as an unpaid invoice, in which case we will tell you why.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top of the page moves and, where the change is significant, we will say so here rather than let it pass quietly.
Questions
Write to us and we will reply from the same address the studio uses for everything else.
